Now you have several town escapes to play around towns in the open air!

Lethargy

Suitable (12-16 years)

A therapeutic escape room, specifically designed to work on emotional management with teenagers in a dynamic, participative and deeply transformative format.

Letargia is a collective experience in the form of a portable escape room, which takes participants on a symbolic journey through emotions, internal difficulties and the need to cooperate and listen to themselves and others.

This activity has the following main objectives:

To encourage emotional identification and expression
To work on empathy and group cohesion
To develop strategies for emotional regualtion in contexts of pressure
Moreover, unlike other playful activities, Letargia incorporates educational guides and post-game reflection tools. We also offer an optional emotional feedback session to encourage learning and elaboration of the experience with a general health psychologist expert in emotional management.
